Khaki cloth boards and spine with orange lettering on spine and front board with drawing of loading a gun on the front board. 441 pp 8vo. Americans have read fact and fiction about the Gunfighters of the West. This book presents a score of master gunfighters against their proper background in their proper stature, vividly and dramatically moving them as credible human beings through their almost incredible deeds. An otherwise very good, sturdy hard cover with minor shelf wear but foxing to the fore-edges plus ex-library stamps at top and bottom; hinges and binding solid, paper lightly yellowed.
