John Wiey & Sons. 1980, 1st Edition. 8vo, pp xiii + 463 with illustrations, maps and charts throughout. Hardcover with dust jacket. DJ in protective sleeve in very good condition with a little shelf wear to head and tail of spine and tips with a little fading to spine. Original blue cloth binding with silver lettering to spine in very good condition with a little bumping to bottom tips of boards. Inside previous owners bookplate and signature to FFE paper all other pages in near fine condition although there is a small bump to fore edge.

Nikki Green Books is based in Glasgow. Beth Lowell-Green is a third generation bookdealer, who along with her partner Nikki reside in sunny Glasgow. The origins of the business began with Beth's grandmother, Eve Lowell, who started The Dartmoor Bookshop in Ashburton at the back of Beth's grandfathers newsagent shop before moving to her own premises in the town. Beth spent her formative years working with her parents, who started Sue Lowell Natural History Books, based in London. We specialise in natural history, Scottish interest and ornithology along with the rare and unusual.
