Square and tight. No marks, fading or odor. Orange dust jacket has 6" tear at top rear spine fold. Repaired with clear tape now browing. Jacket is very good minus for this defect alone. Illustrated with charts and graphs. 350 pages. This book came from the Interstate Commerce Commission Library. It has their paper label and rubber stamp. No library pocket. The outstanding condition reflects this "not for checkout" status.
