Two volumes totally original, volume one 1844 and volume two 1898. Dusty, worn and soiled looking boards with gilt title still very clear on both spines. Covers are firm and intact with firm binding just a bit worn down looking. Internally both copies are very clean and sharp just end papers a bit browned and A purple coin size print stamp of 'Supplied for the Public Service' on title pages with no other markings or inscriptions. Other than than that they are both well preserved copies. No loose pages, no cracked hinges, just dusty with solid covers now dry indicating little use just bad storage, Rare two volumes.
