Publisher's navy cloth, top corners a little bumped, one inch tear to head of spine, else jacket bright without loss, a very good clean copy of this war-time monograph, with the publisher's distinctive unclipped yellow dustwrapper. '44' written neatly in ink to rear of jacket. 'What is the total effect of the statements about peace aims which Allied Governments have made jointly during the war? . In examining the Atlantic Charter, it claims that the whole policy depends on the creation of a "general international organisation" and "a system of general security", more effective than the League of Nations'.
