The first two volumes of a multipart monograph on successful Paris-based design studio ChartierDalix.

Paris-based firm ChartierDalix, founded in 2008 by Fr�d�ric Chartier and Pascale Dalix, can look back on a successful first twelve years of design practice. They have garnered attention at various international competitions and were awarded several prizes, such as the Europe 40 under 40 Award. In 2019, their first book ChartierDalix. Hosting Life explored their unique approach to link ecosystem and architecture and their research and practical implementation of this connection.

In this new series of books, ChartierDalix present their entire body of work, beginning with two volumes covering the years 2008 to 2022. It showcases 28 designs the firm has realized in Paris and the surrounding area, all described in detail with texts, photographs and plans. This is supplemented by a complete illustrated catalogue of ChartierDalix's projects since 2008.

About the Authors

Fr�d�ric Chartier graduated in architecture from the �cole Nationale Sup�rieure d’Architecture Paris-Malaquais and is founding principal of ChartierDalix in Paris.

Pascale Dalix is a graduate of �cole Nationale Sup�rieure d’Architecture de Paris-Val de Seine (formerly �cole d’Architecture Paris-Villemin) and founding principal of ChartierDalix in Paris.

Sophie Deramond is an architect and head of research and development with ChartierDalix in Paris.
