A Checklist of Indonesian Serials in the Cornell University Library (1945-1970)

All prices net, FOB Trinity, NL Canada. Prepayment required except for bona fide institutional buyers. If payment is direct to us and not via the ABE payment service, credit card (e-transfer for Canadian customers) are the preferred payment methods. However, for larger purchases, we reserve the right to request payment only by bank transfer (or e-transfer) for first purchase by new customers. We do accept personal cheques and drafts, providing the purchase is above $200, but books will only ship following cheque / draft clearance. (We will accept cheques and drafts for smaller purchases only if drawn on a Canadian bank.) If payment method selected is either bank/wire transfer or cheque, bank charges at both ends of the transaction are to the account of the buyer. * * * * * If any customer is dissatisfied with their purchase from Orchid Press in any respect, please contact us by Email with your concerns. We will do our best to resolve all legitimate problems promptly, including the issuance of refunds and the acceptance of returns as merited. * * * * * Prior to returning any purchase, please advise us by Email of your wish to return the item and the reason for the return. Please do not return any item until such returns are approved by us. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNED ITEMS WITHOUT OUR PRIOR KNOWLEDGE AND APPROVAL. Please ensure that the return parcel is registered, and, if an expensive item, preferably fully insured. Orchid Press cannot refund any returns that are lost in the post and thus not received back by us, or that are received in damaged condition. * * * * * CHARGEBACK ABUSE POLICY * * * * * We do not accept unapproved chargebacks on credit card purchases for any reason. In the event that this should occur, we reserve the right to report the incident for inclusion in a chargeback abuser database. The information reported will include the party's full name, email, order date, order amount, IP address, full address and phone number. This information will then become public domain and may affect the credit rating of the offending party. * * * * * INCORPORATION DATA * * * * * For purposes of compliance with EU and other jurisdictions' business regulatory bodies, following are the details of our company incorporation: NAME: Orchid Press Inc.; TYPE: limited liability company; CONSUMER CONTACT ADDRESS, EMAIL, PHONE CONTACTS: as displayed on our Storefront; REGISTERED BUSINESS ADDRESS: 10 Freshwater Road, Trinity East, NL A0C 2H0, Canada; COMPANY REGISTRATION NUMBER: 90480 (Province of NL); AUTHORIZED COMPANY REPRESENTATIVE: Christopher J. Orders usually ship within 2 business days (PLEASE READ FURTHER BELOW ON DELIVERY TIMES). Shipping costs quoted to international customers (non-Canadian ship-to address) on the ABEBooks site are based on an assumed weight of 2.2 lb, or 1 kg, including packing. If your order is heavy or oversized, we may contact you to request an extra shipping charge, as required. Conversely, if your item is small and actual shipping cost is significantly less than the ABEBooks quote we may refund part of the charged shipping cost accordingly. If you have concerns about the quoted shipping cost, and wish to have a more accurate estimate in advance of order, please contact us. Shipment to all locations is by trackable, insured and expedited service only. We do not ship by surface post.

Shipping costs quoted to customers with a Canadian address are based on a maximum packed weight of 5 kg. If your order exceeds this weight, we may contact you to request an extra shipping charge, as required.

• • • • • DELIVERY TIMES: Orchid Press GUARANTEES prompt packing and shipment of your order following order processing. Most orders are dispatched by latest the day following your order acceptance and many will depart the very same day. Orchid Press CANNOT GUARANTEE the time it will take the postal system to transport your order to your destination address. Increasingly frequently, due to political and other global conditions, delivery times are stretching beyond the number of working day estimates for airmail service that the ABE site quotes. Our delivery completion record is near 100%--that is, we virtually NEVER lose a parcel that we have dispatched. We ask you to please be patient with the current postal situation which is beyond the influence or control of any of us.
