By the prolific writer, lecturer, and editor of publications including Life Magazine, Harper's Bazaar and Puck. First edition (first printing, with code letters M-T on copyright page). A very good copy in a very good example of the scarce dust jacket with a mylar protector glued by a 3-inch strip to the spine, with small chips, tears and holes not affecting text. Blue cloth discolored at the spine with spotting to rear endpapers and front hinge starting. BAL 812.
