Contents: The rules; elementary tactics (value, powers of the pieces, etc); general principles of strategy (opening, middle-game); illustrative games, and problems. Condition: Page ends stained. Jacket spine sunned, edge wear with some closed tears. A very good copy in a very good scarce jacket.
