The book's exterior has light to moderate wearing on all four corners, wearing marks at the top and bottom of the spine, worn spots on the front cover and the back cover being wavy. The interior book has a former owner's name and other writing on the first page in from the cover, staining on these two pages from an old newspaper clipping, the published date written at the top of the next page and some stains on some of the book's pages, Most of the illustrations are in a well-preserved and enjoyable condition as is most of the book's printing and the bindings are just beginning to crack inside the front cover, but tight inside the rear cover.
