Hardback. Used, very good condition, Gilt lettered spine. Gilt lettered front board with gilt medallion centerpiece. Deckle edged pages. No internal marks, hinges intact, covers with slight edgewear at bottom of spine, one corner rounded, front cover lettering bright, spine darkened. No dust jacket. Leitch, G.B. CHINESE RUGS. 1928, Dodd Mead, first printing, 171 p., 33 pl., 1 in color, 24.5 x l6.5 cm. There was a later printing in 1935. A standard early work on Chinese rugs, with chapters on the history of Chinese rugs, dyes, weaving, wool, symbolism, rug types, and buying a rug.
