1942. Paperback. VOLUME 1 ONLY. This is in good condition. It does have a little wear and some soiling to paper covers. Discoloration from binding staples in spine gutter between second and third pages. A few page corners and the bottom corner of the back cover have bend creases. 139 pages including index.
