Lovely overall copy of this holiday children's book by former first lady Eleanor Roosevelt. First edition, stated, with original dust jacket. From the home of a tobacco smoker, so there is a faint odor which may be detectable to sensitive noses. Likewise there is some faint toning to the spine and edges of the interior panels of the Dustjacket that may be attributed to this condition as well. Still a quite nice copy, other than that. Binding is solid and sturdy. Interior is clean and free of marks. Pages mildy toned, but still clean. Dust jacket has some scuffing/rubbing, especially to the edges and joints. Top and bottom edges have light wear. Back cover has a tear along the top edge. DJ is now protected in mylar. Overall, a lovely copy of this book. Seller Inventory # ABE-1727890195321
