Fair-. Bound in publisher's original printed boards, backed with red cloth. Deaccessioned from a Harvard University library; the title proper and author's name are written on the spine cloth in a charming contemporary hand; boards have soil, wear and rubbing; spine cloth is splitting at top half, holding overall; hinges are broken; several of the signatures are loose; book is shaken, with the other signatures not far from coming loose as well; interior has some wear; a few corners are chipped; text clean; all pages present and accounted for. xvii, 84 p. (most of the book is printed on the recto side of the leaves, with the versoes blank, presumably for note taking). Published in 1898 at three shillings and sixpence net. Size: 8 5/8 x 5 9/16 inches [bx h].
