456p quarto, illustrated with approximately 75 albumen photographs of prominent Clevelanders. Bound in full brown morocco, all edges gilt, with metal clasp. Inner hinges cracked. Once the copy of John S Newberry who's biography and image begin on page 380. Bookplate states that the book was donated by his wife to a university but not entered as it is marked duplicate.
