Tanning to the text blocks, with some spare foxing to the fronts (generally not extending beyond the title pages). Edges dust-spotted and toned. No dust jackets. Blue cloth with gilt titling to the spines and with the signatures of 'Eric Blair/George Orwell' to the fronts in gilt. Rubbing to the spine ends and corners, with a press to the former. (The back board of Vol.I is spotted with a material resembling gloss paint.) Boards secure, pages tight. (Please note: the weight of the set is in excess of 2kg.
