First edition bound in dark red half morocco by Zaehnsdorf of London, with 5 raised bands and silk headbands, and gilt top edge, front covers are in red cloth; 8vo 5 � x 7 � The book is in 2 sections with a different portrait frontispiece of Rupert Brooke to each section, and with original tissue to each portrait. The first section is the Memoir by Sir Edward Marsh, clix pps (159pp) and then Poems 1911-1914 , 164pp. Incl 1 page Introduction by M.R.B. (Rupert Brooke s mother & 1 page Note by E. M. (Sir Edward Marsh) April 1918. This is a good clean copy with just a little rubbing on the back cover on the cloth, and on the 2 hinges on the leather on the spine.
