A first edition copy.This volume of Alfred Morrison's collection of autograph letters contains the first volume of the Bulstrode papers from 1667-1675. Sir Richard Bulstrode was an author, soldier and a diplomat. The papers within this volume contains minute details of everything going on at court in Brussels.Printed for private circulation. In the publisher's original quarter cloth spine with paper covered boards. Externally, smart with some marks to the boards and spine. Library bookplate for Bath Public Reference Library to the front endpaper and inscription, with a library stamp to the rear pastedown. Internally, firmly bound with bright and clean pages. Very Good.
