The Collection has grown through acquisitions from auctions and dealers, and by means of gifts and commissions. The Collection is based in Norwich (the home of Colman’s Mustard) but it is intended that it should travel in England and abroad. 143 pages full of B&W photos, plus a chapter on mustard making, an index and glossary.
