Keller (Metchuen, NJ: The Scarecrow Press, Inc., 1968). Laid in several of the volumes are original ephemera - subscription/renewal forms, promotional leaflets, letters from the editors, prospectuses for private press publications, exhibition announcements, issues of the COLOPHON CRIER, etc. Many of these volumes include original prints -- by Max Beerbohm, Gustave Baumann, Charles W. Smith, K. M. Ballantyne, Anne Goldthwaite, Victoria Hutson, Thomas Nason, Emmil Ganso, etc. [NOTE: The Milne print from Volume 5 has been neatly removed, but the 47 volume set is complete with ALL other illustrations]. Includes a previously unpublished drawing by Rockwell Kent and a logo designed by him, designs by Edward A. Wilson, Boris Artzybasheff and T. M. Cleland, a leaf of paper handmade by Dard Hunter, etc. Other artists represented are Eric Gill, Robert Gibbings, Eric Ravilious, David Jones, John Farleigh, and many more. Among the contributing authors are Willa Cather, Robinson Jeffers, Rockwell Kent, Edith Wharton, Pearl Buck, Dorothy Sayers, Carl Van Vechten, Edwin Arlington Robinson, James Branch Cabell, Stanley Morison, A.
