Fold-out map, drawn, with some pastel colour, of Patriarchates and Principal Provinces of the Christian Church, as frontispiece, quite creased with some grubby marks. Contents vg on the whole, with sundry delightful small drawings, header to first chapter, capitals of first word of chapter, etc. Scarce. Surface mail virtually does not now exist, and the distinction between Priority and Economy is now between Airmail Tracked/Signed delivery and Standard Airmail
