Printed in the UK at the University Press, Cambridge, 2005. First edition. English language. Hardcover in black cloth boards lettered silver on spine in glossy dust jacket. Nonfiction academic legal text in six chapters with foreword, preface, table of cases, appendix, and index. 9 1/4 x 6 1/4 inches. 22 oz. xxxvi, 238 pp. Text clean. Fine in Fine jacket. ISBN: 0521846137. "Cross-border claims for personal injuries are becoming more common. Furthermore, European nationals increasingly join class actions in the USA.
