192pp. 4to, 10x7.7 inches. Brown buckram, gilt titles. As new, with just lightly bumped spine extremities, faintly foxed tops. Internally pristine, looks unused book, no owner's marks, except a tiny faint mark in margin at 2nd woodcut. In original pictorial glossy dw, vg, priceclipped, slight overall wear, spine sunned, nicked at top of spine. High-quality paper, illustrated with diagrams and a few b/w photographs, and with a woodcut frontispiece to each section (2). Excellent practical and informative manual. Weight 850g before packaging. Surface mail virtually does not now exist, and the distinction between Priority and Economy is now between Airmail Tracked/Signed delivery and Standard Airmail
Current Conditions. Since international postal services are almost universally in chaos at present, largely Covid-generated, with huge delays and some losses, I have removed the Standard airmail option from non-European destinations for the duration.
