First edition and printing from Gowars & Gray. This particular volume contains Keats's letters from 1814 up to early 1819, and is part of a larger set that includes Keats's poems and other letters in separate volumes. . This Volume IV has 'Letters Vol. I' on spine. In good plus dark green cloth boards, blind stamped logo for 'The Complete Library' to front and gilt titles to spine. The boards are flat and clean and firm and the spine ends and a little crushed. The front free end papers are tanned and the front free end paper has the name of a previous owner. The text block has black, red and white decoration with flowers and red and black titles and there is a black and white sketch. The pages are firm and quite even; the cut edges are slightly tanned and the fore and tail edges are deckled. There are some pencil annotations. Good condition. Without jacket.

Clevedon Community Bookshop, co-operatively owned, opened on 31 December 2011 and now has a general stock of approximately 20,000 books. Our Bookshop is in Copse Road in Clevedon and is open every day of the week except Mondays, from 10.30am to 4.30pm. The Bookshop Co-operative comprises nearly 650 members from around the world and was set up to stop the only second-hand bookshop in our town from closing. The benefit of being a member/shareholder is only social: no-one benefits financially. All profits are used to improve the bookshop and its stock, and, through events, to contribute to the literacy and literary profile of our town.
