First edition, first impression. Publisher's cloth in an unclipped dust wrapper. The wrapper lightly toned to the spine and edges, with surface losses to throughout particularly to the tail. A few little closed tears including to the top edge of the front panel and the rear similarly; a few surface scuffs and marks to the rear panel. Light loss at the spine ends and corners. The hinges a litle loose, the closed page edges and prelims a touch spotted. A generally smart first edition of Neumann's scarce and seminal unfinished work on computer science.
