The book covers the geneaologies of the Imperial House of Habsburgh and of the six secular Electors of Germany; and on Roman, French, and English nobility. Original hard cover with black leather spine and corners, and marbled boards, spine is firm with a repaired thin hinge split at front lower end, and some rubbing of leather. The boards show some wear at the edges and some loss of colour. xvi, 296 pages and 21 tables, some folded. Inside front cover is a book plate - Presented anonymously to Bath Public Reference Library, but with none of the usual lending library labels, although there is a small white catalogue marker on the lower spine.
