The leather is in its original state and untreated, so there is a bit of wear to the edges and corners. All exterior page edges are marbled. Internal binding is good and text pages are tight. The document itself is 90 pages but there is probably another 200 blank pages filling the rest of the book. This is usually done for both note taking and also for binding purposes.
