vii, (1, errata), 264 pp. + 26 folding engraved plates. Hardcover, bound in contemporary paneled calf with attractive gilt-tooled rebacking. The boards rubbed; intermittent toning to the text block, mostly the plates, with occasional minor blemishes; early owner name on the title page.
