Here is "Control of Household Insects" by Ephraim Porter Felt (NYS Entomologist). It was published in May 1909 by the University of the State of New York Education Department, being the NYS Museum Bulletin 129. Covered in the book are the following insect pests and predators : Typhoid or House Fly, Fruit Flies, Malarial Mosquito, Yellow Fever Mosquito, Cluster Flies, Wasps and Hornets, Rain Barrel Mosquito, Salt Marsh Mosquito, Fleas, Bedbugs, Bedbug Hunter, House Centipede, Clothes Moths, Carpet Beetles, Silverfish, Bristle Tails, Fish Moths, Book Louses, White Ants (Termites), House Ants, Cockroaches, Larder Beetles, Cheese Skippers, Cereal and various food pests. Solutions recommended (ie: Hydrocyanic Acid Gas) are now far out-dated and have been replaced by safer (hopefully) substances. The book is generously illustrated with line illustrations featuring many of the creatures discussed. CONDITION . VERY GOOD .This is a previously owned book that remains clean and attractive with near-negligible signs of wear, with the following details noted :: EXTERIOR - The spine is slightly darkened, and displays a bit of surface irregularity (wrinkling); front of bulletin is a bit toned around the edges, and the front also displays a few faint smudges. BINDING - Solid. There is evidence of minor mending to cover attachment, neatly effected. INTERIOR - Clean and free of marking. …
