Community cookbook with donated recipes, including Mrs. White Smith's meatloaf, Joe McCorquodale Jr.'s Spanish omelet, two recipes which purport to be from Wales and seven from Switzerland -- to include spitzbuben, Linzer cake, zwiebelkuchen, and cheese pie -- indicating the presence of at least a couple of Swiss immigrants here in the 1950s.
