digest sized paperback 223 pp. There is a crease along the front cover at the spine. The spine has some minor wrinkling due to the manufacturing process which set the cover onto the text block with some movement, causing the wrinkles. The book appears to be unread, but its age prevents me from grading it in as new condition. A Nero Wolfe mystery. From the back cover: ?Murder in a gourmet?s paradise ? a master chef is stabbed with a carving knife ? solved by Nero Wolfe and the inimitable Archie.? The book has 18 recipes featured in the novel. This is one of the sought-after Dell Map Back series of books which published maps of the main scenes on the back cover. Dell 540.

We use primarily Canada Post to ship, but will ship via courier for customers in Canada.
*** If Canada Post is threatening, or is on strike, then we will have to use FedEx for shipping, which carries a higher cost. (As of May 26, 2025, Canada Post is in the process of negotiating their contract, and is beginning strike action. All orders will be shipped using FedEx until further notice.) Please see the shipping template for the new costs of shipping.**
We generally ship within 1 - 2 business days (Monday through Friday, except statuatory holidays).
Orders placed on weekends and holidays are shipped the following business day.
Shipping rates are based on books weighing 2.2 lbs or 1 KG. If your book order is heavy or oversized, we may contact you to let you know extra shipping is required.
