Issues & Introduction are in fine condition. In a specially constructed, sturdy publisher's slipcase/box, made in the form of a book with the spine gilt-lettered: COTTAGE COUNTRY VOL. I., the front cover opens out, but this box can be stored flat or upright in a bookcase. The front cover of this box shows a 5" scratch to the dark green, leather-textured cloth surface, a few other small marks, and light wear to the cover corners. The scan shows the spine & part of the front cover of the box. Scarce first 8 issues of this beautifully produced publication in the special storage box.
