This large hardcover with a dustjacket is in excellent condition with only minor wear. The book was a city library book and has the clear mylar dustjacket cover and a pocket in the back but the book was very well cared for. The dustjacket and mylar look great with only very minor wear. The hardcovers have been well protected and look great. The spine is tight. The pages are white with no wear or marks except a library stamp on the pocket in the back. The book provides a means of controlling cholesterol and have many pages to fill in (all blank) to help you through the days to chart your progress. 240 pages with a detailed index in the back. WE accept CHECKS, POSTAL & COMMERCIAL MONEY ORDERS, and ECOMMERCE through ABEBOOKS.COM. We will hold checks for up to seven working days to ensure validity and ship immediately thereafter. Shipping charges are kept to a minimum and reflect the buyer's request (either media rate or priority). U.S. Media rate (7-15 days) $2.50 1st book and $1.00 each additional. U.S. Priority rate (3-6 days) $5.50 1st book and $2.50 each additional. Please inquire via e-mail about international rates. International first class rate is used whenever possible. Insurance is available and advisable for $1.50 - $2.00 and U.S. Postal tracking for orders within the US is available for $1.50. We provide free postal tracking on domestic mail on orders over $5.00. MEDIA MAIL RATE POSTAGE IS FREE FOR ORDERS OVER $100.00!
