In the original publisher's cloth binding, rebacked with the original boards and spine restored, with renewed endpapers. Light rubbing and a few minor marks to the cloth. Minor bumping to the extremities. Small chip to the rear board. Rear hinge is starting but firm. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are bright and clean, with just a couple of scattered spots. Prior owner's ink inscription to the recto of the frontispiece. Repairs to the margin of the frontispiece, title page, and to the list of illustrations. Small chip to page 221/222, with loss to a couple of words. Very Good. Seller Inventory # 923P14
