Please note: approx 2 inches of the top corner of p247 has been torn off, so text is not complete, hence the reduced price. One of the best novels about journalism: scarce due to a libel case which caused the publisher to pulp their stock. Pages have slight foxing, tanning and minor thumbing. Slight gutter cracking. Pencil inscriptions to front endpaper. Loss to p247 as mentioned earlier. A few dog-eared corners. Text block edges are a little tanned with minor scratches. Boards have some moderate edge wear, with slight bumping and fraying to corners and minor bumping to spine ends. Boards a little rubbed and marked overall. Strips of sunning to rear. Book has a slight forward lean. Gilt is dulled.
