Publisher: [London]: [St. Lukes Hospital] [1852]. Bookplates of Kenyon Starling and [William] Self on the front pastedown. Binding in fine condition. Contents clean and bright, crease in the middle (as usual) as the pamphlet was often carried in ones pocket. 19 pages plus the directory of The General Committee and a page asking for donations. 5 x 7 � inches. A very nice copy of a very scarce Dickens item. Protected by Mylar. Inventory #19-117. Price: $1500.
