This is a dental Trade Catalog for Dr. E. de Trey's "Solila" brand Gold and Instruments. 1898. Illustrated from drawings of "Pluggers" dental instruments for application of the gold. Illustrated stapled wrappers with some gilt lettering and decorations. 6 pages. 5 1/4" x 7 3/4". Dr. de Trey and Sons of Philadelphia sold mat gold to be used as fillings for cavities. According to the catalog, the price for this gold was $38 per ounce. Instructions are given for application of the gold with "pluggers" which are also illustrated and priced to sell. A Near Fine copy (Some soiling and rubbed from handling), now in a clear 4mil mylar protectivve envelope.
