But the preliminary leaf comprises a startling, bold, and text-rich advertisement for the printer - binder - bookseller SAMUEL T. ARMSTRONG, not all that commonly seen, and certainly not as a full page ad preceding the full text of the item.

CWO, in U.S. funds. Libraries only may be billed. $ 8.95 Priority Mail postage and handling for the first volume: $5.00 for each succeeding volume. Foreign orders shipped via Global Priority Mail, flat rate at cost, or via Air Mail. Inquire, if uncertain, about the use of Global Priority on heavier books or multi-volume sets.
