About this Item

This is Case Book 8 of the Dixon Hawke series, published by D C Thomson. The book is in Acceptable condition with straight but creased spine and rubbing to the extremities and creased corners. The spine is badly damaged, and the bottom inch or so of the front cover is torn along the join with the spine, although the cover is firmly attached to the rest of the book. Internally the text block is tightly bound and clean, but the pages are toned. Seller Inventory # 018357

I charge shipping that reflects my actual costs. ABE only allows me to set one postage rate so I charge the rate for hardbacks sent in a box with bubble wrap and polystyrene peanuts. Where postage is less - eg a paperback or small hardback - I refund the difference once I get my receipts and know the exact cost. ALL UK parcels are tracked. if you live outside the UK tracking is NOT provided unless you choose priority mail. PRIORITY MAIL TRACKING IS IMMEDIATELY UPDATED otherwise I will only update ABE with UK tracking details on request, and only when 10 working days has passed. There will be times when, due to the value of the book, I will insist on priority mail and this will be clearly stated in my listing. If you ignore this, your order will be refused.
