First Printing. Original maroon cloth, pp.192, illustrated. A nice clean copy of this study of all things demonic or rather the tragedy of superstitious man. Upper cover bowing slightly, well-bumped at the foot of the backstrip (resulting creasing to jacket at that place). The attractive Val Biro dustjacket is unclipped and complete, minor print-soiling to the rear, minor edge-wear.
