The magazine was only "distributed to photojournalists, agency representatives and directors of photography at newspapers, weeklies and news networks around the world." Each issue presents the "world's best news pictures" from the previous three months including images from natural and man-made disasters, sporting events, terrorist actions, conflicts, celebrities, etc. as well as photo-essays and the backstories of photographers and the projects they were working on. Edited by Scott Mc Kiernan. 58-130 pages; color and b&w photos throughout, each reproduced full-page or full-spread; 8.5 x 11 inches.
