Stated first edition. Binding is very tight (like never been read!); interior is clean. Endpapers are an orange-brown color. Pictorial boards match the dust jacket. Board corners are lightly worn. Dust jacket is preserved in mylar. Jacket is illustrated in color, somewhat faded, mostly around edges. Front fly is clipped on both top and bottom. Jacket shows light rubbing. 159pp. Illustrations throughout book are black and white. The memorable story of a boy who discovers what friendship really means.
