A pleasing 12-volume First Edition set of A Dance to the Music of Time, one of the highspots of post-war English fiction, published over a 25-year period from 1951-75, comprising TEN FIRST PRINTINGS (Vols. 3-12), and two early reprints, both from 1955, of the first two volumes (A Question of Upbringing, 4th impression, and A Buyer's Market, 2nd impression). All twelve volumes are at least Very Good, and each is complete with its original Broome-Lynne designed dustwrapper. A Question of Upbringing is VG+ (p/o's tiny signature and date neatly to the half-title) in a VG minus unclipped wrapper. A Buyer's Market is VG+ in a Good clipped wrapper. The Acceptance World is VG (p/o's name and date to the ffep) in a Fair clipped wrapper. At Lady Molly's is VG+ in a VG minus unclipped wrapper. Casanova's Chinese Restaurant is VG (p/o's name to the ffep) in a VG minus unclipped wrapper. The Kindly Ones is VG in a VG minus unclipped wrapper.
