First edition (so stated). Folio. Illustrated with color and b/w halftone photographs. Dust jacket (unclipped; short tear; few nicks; few dings) designed by Thomas Ingalls. Very good. 425 pages. No signatures or bookplates. Laid in loose are 2 typed letters signed Ron from Haver to George Cukor discussing the book as he was writing it. One is dated January 31, 1979 and one undated. Haver had sent Cukor parts on the manuscript for his advice on possible changes and corrections. Seller Inventory # 2222542
