With the 16 page catalog dated "15.9.98" called for by Stewart.Original blue cloth with gilt decorative band at top of front cover and stamped horizontal border at bottom of front cover. Same with gilt lettering on spine. Top edge gilt. Mylar cover. Very light wear on top and bottom of spine. Fine copy. Size: 12mo - over 6� - 7�" tall.
