Any customer wishing to return a book has 30 days to do so if they are not entirely satisfied.
Upon receipt, a refund of the cost of the book will be issued.

Shipping costs are based on books weighing up to 1 KG (2.2lb). If your book order is heavy or oversized, I may contact you to let you know extra shipping is required.
