New York: Charles Scribner s Sons, 1935. 8vo, (xii), 304 pp. Original brown cloth ruled and titled in gilt, backstrip bears a sun-faded ghost of dust-jacket's lettering and the cloth is sunned along the very edge of the crown and foot; a little old tape residue on the front free endpaper; rear endpapers toned, internally a fine clean copy. In the original dust-jacket, price $2.50 unclipped, professionally restored and conserved. § First edition, first printing with Scribner's seal and "A" on copyright page and "rer" instead of "her" on page 59, line 21.
