139 pages. Index xv p. Royal blue cloth with gilt lettering and embossed seal of the Royal and Ancient Golf Club of St. Andrews. The book of Decisions was published by the R & A six times from 1911 to 1935. This is the second issue 1909-1913, the first being 1910-1910. Format of actual questions (and the club from which they originated) sent into the committee and the replies. Cloth color bright, very slight wear at spine ends and cover corners, two small spots on front panel. A 'Miss Rita Hay' has signed her name to the front pastedown and added several other seemingly meaningless letters/marks. Several consecutive pages bent, the final one creased and that page and the next, have Questions number 139 and 140 marked in the margin with a faint red line.
