Fine in tan cloth covered boards with blue text on the spine and front board. A small octavo measuring 8 by 5 1/4 inches with the rear map pocket excised. In a very good-, price clipped dust jacket with a 1/4 inch chipping across the upper edge of the spine area and 1 1/4 inch "V: shaped chip at the upper rear corner of the front panel. Reportedly the first printing of the book was restricted to only 10,000 copies. 549 pages with index, bibliography, chronology, text, maps and photographs throughout with the fold-out map of the state missing as is the pocket as noted above. Despite the problems, this is still a handsome copy with no prior ownership markings of any kind. Seller Inventory # TB33718
