About the Author
Carol Morley is a licensed naturopathic doctor. A graduate of McMaster University and the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM), she is the owner of Zawada Health, a multidisciplinary health clinic in Mississauga, Ontario. Her health practice focuses on nutrition, detoxification, weight loss, and anti-aging. Carol is a member of the board of governors of the CCNM, where she has also taught nutrition courses through the college s continuing education program. Passionate about health and wellness, Carol regularly contributes to radio and television, and is a frequent presenter at health care conferences and corporate wellness seminars. Carol s enthusiasm and love of healthful cooking motivates and inspires patients, family, and friends to eat better and achieve their health goals.
